Prayer requests

Prayer requests

'We remember, with care and affection, those in special need, whoever and whatever their outlook may be. We remember those who have fellowship with us wherever we meet - and all those who join with us in this time of prayer whether known to us by name or not.'

Our emphasis on this website is simply to give prayer support to any person, community or world concern.

For confidentiality reasons, the names of individuals are usually only made more widely known with their permission. Requests with initials only (together with a brief description of personal need) may also be included on the website.

We invite any friends who would like to share a concern with us to enter in their requests for us all to pray about. I would like to make a general request for prayer to be placed on the website

I would like my name entered on the specific personal requests page of the website.

We are also pleased hear from anyone who would like to share their need/anxiety/private concern with us on a one-to one basis. We will do our best to give a brief personal reply.-I would like my need to be remembered privately

There are also those who like us to remember them anonymously. If you email us and for confidentiality reasons you do not want us to reply, please indicate this in your message. Alternatively you might like us to send a note simply acknowledging that we have received it - and giving no indication of the content.

The request is usually presented in the way that it is sent to us, and in no way reflects any particular spiritual understanding of prayer.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND RANDOMLY SYNDICATED MESSAGES OR ATTACHMENTS ( in view of the large number of viruses, we have been advised not to open them. We have caught several - one even came via a police station!)

On the 1st of November, last year, we held a special service for All Saints Day at St.Mary's Church, High Pavement, Nottingham when we remembered those who have departed this life during the last year. The service began at 11.30 am. The names of people we especially remembered were read out, and at 12.00 o'clock we lit the TocH Lamp.

If anyone has particular friends or relative they would like us to remember on the same day this year, we would be pleased to have their names - and we will remember them wherever we happen to be.

we would be pleased to hear from you if you would like to join in.
